Rich's Super Sausages

Hello animals,

Today I'm going to tell you about something called RSS. My computer geek friends Jenny the Jackrabbit and Lawrence the Lemur have put a funny orange button on the top right hand side of my blog. It says 'RSS' on it.

But what does that mean? I'm just a simple ostrich with excellent verbal skills and remarkable charm, so I don't really know. Maybe some of you do though...so it's time for a new contest!

Here are the rules. You tell me what you think RSS stands for, and the best answers will win a Rich Morning Mug (I love them).

For example, does RSS mean: Rodents Sip Soup? Does it mean: Rabbits Sing Songs? Robots Shake Slowly? The possibilities are endless!

Let me know in the comment box!

P.S. If you click on the RSS button, you will be sent an e-mail every time there is a new post on my blog! Try it and see!

Good luck animals, and may the Rudest Serpent Survive!

Rich Super Suggestions? -- Genius! Looks like Antonio will be drinking out of a Rich Morning mug very soon!

Here is what RSS means to me:

Rural Sheep Shop (where I buy my sheep, duh!)

Rural Sheep Swap (my favourite TV program - it's fascinating to see how a sheep behaves with an unfamiliar farmer)

Ruined Shrimp Shadow (my favourite shade of paint)

Ramble Shimble Shamble (a rural dance from Finland)

Ramble Shimble Shambley (the king of Finland)

Retarded Slime Shelter (I used to date the drummer from this trash metal band)

Radioactive Soul Slave (the acid house label I founded in the late 80s)

Rusty Slop Slit (my favourite rude word that isn't actually rude)

R**** S*** S***** (my favourite rude word that is actually quite rude)

Recycled Sport Spam (we used to eat a lot of this during the war)

Robbing Spam Shops (we also used to do a lot this during the war)

Reduced Slink Soda (the soda I drink when I don't want to feel too slinky)

Ready Salted Scold (a torture technique I picked up during the Cold War)

Russian Spank Spots (something else I picked up during the Cold War... and sadly haven't been able to shake off)

Recycled Shoulder Ski (because emergency ski equipment shouldn't harm the environment)

Rumple Stilts Skin (the fictional character I pretend to have made up)

Rumple Stilton Skin (this dude is real. Shame he smells of cheese)

Rosey 'Sin' Swelter (a talented actress - I hope to work with her soon)

Really Sarcastic Start (please see my opening sentence, it is an excellent example)

Really Should Scarper (time for me to go - or Antonio is going to turn me into a sofa!)

What ?! I've always thought RSS stood for "Rolling Stones Sucks"
I can't believe my so-called friend (a Beatle) lied to me !

No, in fact, RSS stands for 'Ringo Starr Sucks','Richard Starkey Sucks', (Ringo's real name) and 'Really Shouldn't Sing' (have you heard 'Yellow Submarine', lately?!).

Rim Shaved Sluts

Although if you have to shave 'em to rim 'em, that's a bit scary.

It's spelt 'slug'!

Rim shaved SLUGS! You silly billy!

Slugs find the rims (and sides) of bath tubs very cosy, so you can often find them 'slithering' there. This is all very nice, but if you decide to have a bath, you need to remove (or 'shave') the slugs from the rim of the bath and put them in the garden. Slugs can't swim, so you don't want them to fall in the water!

Hope that clears things up.

Be kind to slugs, and be careful with your spelling!
